2. Why should I use Wild Interiors Online Interior Decoration & Design service rather than finding a local Designer?
Wild Interiors is an Interior Decoration service catering to homeowners who are happy doing most of the work themselves. If you are a D.I.Y. (do-it-yourselfer), or want to remain in control of your room, you will be a perfect fit with our service. This technique appeals to clients who can benefit from our experience and expertise yet, keep control of your own design costs, Whilst working with a qualified Decorator for guidance and suggestions throughout your project.

3. How can my room design be custom made?
Wild Interiors is a Custom Online Interior Decoration Service. The room scheme we design is for you alone and we design it with the specific information provided by you in our online questionaire, to meet your individual requirements.

4. Why do I need to photograph and measure my room?
When we design your room we take into consideration the size of the room, door and window placements and where the furniture will fit, as well as proportion and scale. The information you provide is essential in this process.

5. If I don’t want to measure and photograph my room can I still order a room design?
Yes, but it will be a Design scheme only which includes paint colours, it will not include any specific items only general furniture and furnishing ideas. From these ideas you can source your own products that fit this design rather than a customised scheme. See Pricing for this option.

6. Can I use some of my favourite or existing pieces of furniture and accessories, in the design?
We are very happy to integrate any existing or favourite pieces of furniture or items into your new room design. We will require measurements and photos and of each item.

7. How can you guarantee that the paint colours and fabrics will look as good in my room when they can look different on the computer?
When we select paint colours, we do not do this online, we use large A4 samples from Dulux Paints. We will supply these to you. These have product reference numbers on the back so you can visit a local Dulux paint supplier to purchase this paint colour. Our handy Paint Calculator can assist with how much paint you need to purchase.

8. What happens to my personal information and photos?
We keep your information on file but do not pass any information to any other companies.

9. Will I be working one-to-one with a designer?
Yes, you will be working one-to-one with Decorator Cate Wildman throughout your project.

10. How long will the interior design room project take?
All projects are different but the final design scheme will be completed within a month. If you have a specific time period please pass this information to Cate and she will work within this time period.

11. How do you show the final design and what exactly will I get?
You will receive by email:

For a Design Scheme
a design board prepared from your questionaire
an ideas list - including paint colours, Product recommendations, general furniture and furnishing ideas


For a custom design scheme
a custom made design board prepared from your questionaire and provided information
a floor plan
3D image of your room
a detailed shopping list - Product recommendations, prices & where to buy


12. What happens if I don’t like my room design?
If you are unhappy with the design, we will arrange a telephone consultation and then alter the design to meet your needs. We want your renovation to have the best possible outcome.

13. Where do I buy the products Wild Interiors recommends?
All product recommendations can be purchased online or from well-established retailers in your area.

14. I am so busy; can you order the products you have recommended for me?
Yes ,we are happy to place orders for you. We charge a 10% fee for this service.

15. What stores does Wild Interiors represent?
We do not represent any stores or manufactures, so we can select items from anywhere. We do have an online shop which contains many quality decorator items that can be incorporated into your scheme.

16. How do I pay Wild Interiors for my Online Design?
The fixed price payment can be made by Credit Card via PayPal Online or Bank Transfer by request.
