A CUSTOM DESIGN SCHEME is the Preparation of a Custom Design Proposal to fit with the information attained from the online questionnaire, exclusive to each customer.

This includes specific paint colours, but only furniture and soft furnishing IDEAS. We can include any existing furniture and furnishings you wish to remain as part of your room. A customer can then use their Design Board to source products that fits the design scheme and their budget.

PRODUCT SOURCING is the next step toward your completed design Scheme. Using your Scheme we Source the perfect items to fit the Design Proposal, working within your budget. This includes paint colours, furniture and furnishings exclusive to the customer.

The customer would need to provide the following information

• Complete room measurements
• Photos of room
• Photos and measurements of existing furniture and furnishings that they wish to be included

From this a detailed list of specific products will be provided. This will include a website or location where to purchase these items from, that fits the design and their budget.

CUSTOM DESIGN SCHEME & SOURCING OF PRODUCTS

For - BATHROOMS & KITCHENS

The Preparation of a Custom KITCHEN or BATHROOM Design Proposal and the Sourcing of all Kitchen or Bathroom appliances, fixtures, fittings and finishes to fit with the information attained from the online questionnaire, exclusive to each customer.

The customer would need to provide the following

• Complete room measurements
• photos of room
• Photos and measurements of existing furniture and furnishings that they wish to be included
• Position of all existing plumbing

Preparation of Documentation like CAD drawings, Schedule of Products and Finishes which are then used in conjunction with a Kitchen cabinetmaker or builder, in the construction of your kitchen or Bathroom.
